We've always loved Craftsman style homes, so it just made sense that we would design and build our first custom home with so many of the elements of the Arts & Crafts movement. Built on a relatively small lot in East Hill, this home is a great example of making the most of the lot you've got, achieving the space you want by building up instead of out.
Perhaps our most impressive home to date, our 2 story Mallory Craftsman sits comfortably shaded beneath a 200 year old oak tree on a picture perfect corner lot.

Interior doors were salvaged from a demolition job we did at that site, and refurbished to bring about their old charms! 9-foot ceilings, glass front kitchen cabinets, wonderful Kohler fixtures, walk-in shower, screened side porch. Future additions to the property soon underway, including in-ground pool, guest house and detached garage.
